deliberations about her dismissal at disciplinary proceedings.
The Employment Tribunal allowed the evidence.  The governors
appealed alleging HR breaches.  The HR claim was thrown out but
the Appeal Tribunal thought it wrong that the recordings,
obtained in breach of trust, should be used.
