retain the benefit of criminal conduct knowing or suspecting that
that other person had been engaged in criminal conduct the
prosecution had to prove that the defendant thought that there was
a possibility, which was more than fanciful, that the relevant
facts existed. A vague feeling of unease would not suffice.
