Bar Council Publishes Graduated Fee Payment Protocol

The criminal graduated fees scheme will be introduced from 30th April when the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007 SI No 1174 comes into force. The Bar Council has now published its Graduated Fee Payment Protocol containing recommended practical ways in which to manage the new arrangements. Click here to read the protocol.
