A breach of planning permission resulting from a failure to comply
with a condition restricting change of use to use as a single
dwelling-house was governed by the four-year time bar in s171B(2)
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and not the ten-year
bar provided for by s 171B(3) of that Act.
