On a claim that a standard lease agreement requiring tied public
house tenants to buy beer from a stipulated brewer at list price
was a restrictive trading condition contrary to art 81 EC, the
English court was not obliged to accept findings of fact of the
European Commission when it had ruled on a similar agreement
imposed by another brewer.
