Primary school teacher partially wins appeal after employment tribunal said that the failure to consult her about her future clasees during her maternity leave was not discriminatory. The EAT held that it was but dismissed her appeal on a separate pointsabout whether her treatment before she started her maternity leave amounted to sexual discrimination and whether the fact that she was given a different class on her return to work was a breach of contract.
