Daily Law Notes Summary

New or amended forms had been issued to be used in connection
with an application for preparatory hearing/extension of time,
notice and grounds of prosecution appeal or application for leave
to appeal under s 58 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003,
application under s 17 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and
Victims Act 2004 for certain counts to be tried without a jury
and notice of application for leave to appeal against a sentence
review decision under s 74(8) of the Serious Organised Crime and
Police Act 2005.
