Law Society Consults on New Training Routine


 
New Training Pathway for Solicitors

The two-year training contract before becoming a solicitor may be
modernised, opening up new routes to qualification.  A period of
work-based learning would still be compulsory but would be based
around a new portfolio on which all trainees would be assessed.
The Law Society Regulation Board has opened a consultation on
