Scotland
New Scottish inheritance tax forms have been published to be used
for deaths on or after 1 September 2006.
England & Wales
The Inheritance Tax Account form IHT200, supplementary pages and
guidance notes have been updated to reflect the changes
introduced in the Finance Act 2006.

New excepted estates forms have been introduced for deaths on or
