As painful as it is to find out your wife or husband is having an
affair, the indiscretion does not mean they should be killed.
Constitutional Affairs Minister Rt Hon Harriet Harman QC MP is
concerned that the defence of infidelity provides a means by
which men and women who kill their spouses can avoid a charge of
murder, facing a lesser charge.
