HIP Forms From Law Society

Transaction Forms - Law Society Guide

The suite now consists of fifteen forms. You can view specimen versions:

As a number of new forms have been added to the suite and the existing ones have been revised, it may be useful to refer to them by their number. The series begins with HIP documents, followed by forms that are authorised for inclusion in HIPs and requests for information that form part of the conveyancing process.

Those forms involved in the HIP assembly process are also offered as part of the Law Society's online HIP .

Explanatory notes

Notes have been developed to accompany the forms, explaining the purpose of each one, and highlighting areas where special care will be needed.
