Expert To Disclose Conflict of Interests

Expert Evidence - Conflict of Interests
Toth v Jarman
CA
19 July 2006
Daily Law Notes Summary
It was important that a party who wished to call an expert with a
potential conflict of interest should disclose details of that
conflict at as early a stage in the proceedings as possible so
that the court could decide for itself whether it should act in
reliance on the evidence of that expert.
