The Court of Appeal, when considering an action to prevent the
publication of confidential material and looking to arts 8 and 10
of the European Convention on Human Rights, was not prevented by
Court of Appeal authority to contrary effect from applying the
later case of Von Hannover in the European Court of Human Rights.
