The Companies Act 2006
This is the comment on the OPSI website about the text of this
act which has been Royal Assent but won't begin to come into
effect until next year:
"Companies Act:
We do not expect to receive the approved text of this Act from
the House of Lords before the end of November. Once received the
text will be made available immediately on this website in PDF
format with an HTML version following some days later."
