Claims Managers to get Their Just Desserts?

Claims Management Regulation Imminent
DCA Press Release
30 November 2006
New regulation of claims management companies came a major step
closer today as the DCA published the rules that will apply to
persons authorised to provide claims management services under
the Compensation Act 2006 and the form for those seeking
authorisation. This follows the publication last week of the
secondary legislation needed to deliver regulation. A summary of
responses to the consultations on the legislation, rules and
related documents is also published today.
